天涯海角APP is undertaking a review of its quality improvement toolkits. These toolkits were all published five or more years ago, and we want these resources to be as topical, meaningful and accurate as they ever were.
天涯海角APP and NNAP toolkits
Target key NNAP measures with basic QI tools and methods that are quick to learn and easy to apply.
Each toolkit will:
- Provide the evidence base for effective interventions
- Facilitate units in interrogating their own data and processes in order to undertake selected quality improvement activities suited to the local context
- Assist units in interpreting and monitoring the results of their QI activities
- Provide and signpost resources to facilitate QI in the area of focus.
